Gareth Harrison is Head of Tax at Tullow Oil. Originally from the UK, he spent 13 years living and working in the Middle East & Kenya for KPMG, PwC and as Head of Tax for Airtel Africa, a FTSE 100 telecoms and mobile money group. Prior to that, Gareth trained with Arthur Andersen and worked in the tax teams of multinationals including Barclays, Diageo & AstraZeneca. He is also an active board member and audit committee chair for African businesses.
