Giuseppe Perna is Head of Tax Policy, Transparency and Global Minimum Tax at Enel Group, where he leads strategic work at the intersection of international tax policy, corporate transparency and digital transformation. With more than 25 years of experience in taxation across Italy and international markets, he has played a key role in shaping Enel’s approach to responsible tax governance and stakeholder-focused disclosure, contributing to a reporting model aligned with leading global transparency and sustainability standards. His work also focuses on supranational tax developments, Global Minimum Tax, digital transformation and the evolving link between tax, ESG and long-term value creation. He holds a degree in Economics and a Master’s in Corporate Taxation.
