Jan-Willem Kunen, tax adviser, is a partner with Loyens & Loeff based in the Netherlands. He is part of the transfer pricing team of Loyens & Loeff and specialises in advising internationally operating clients on Dutch and international transfer pricing matters.

Jan-Willem advises clients on Dutch and international transfer pricing and tax aspects such as mutual agreement procedures, (bilateral) advance pricing agreements and OECD Pillar One and Pillar Two. Jan-Willem also has broad experience in advising on business restructurings, transfer pricing disputes, financing, IP, M&A, digital business models and the setting up of international structures. He teaches transfer pricing courses at the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers. From 2014 to 2016 he worked at Loyens & Loeff's Zurich office.
