Jean-Louis Barsac is Vice President Tax at Valeo, a strategic supplier of cutting-edge automotive technologies, partner to all automakers worldwide. Previously, Jean-Louis headed-up the Transfer Pricing Team at Nokia for 4 years and the APAC and China Tax Team at Alcatel-Lucent for over 10 years, where he was based in China. In total, Jean-Louis has over 24 years of experience in a wide range of tax matters including M&A, Treasury, VAT, commercial contracts, Transfer Pricing and business model restructuring and overall Tax Management. Jean-Louis holds a Master degree in Tax Law from Paris Dauphine university.
