Jessica Eden is a partner in the London Tax Disputes team and Head of the London Tax Practice Group at Baker McKenzie. She has over 17 years of experience in corporate and international tax disputes, advising multinational clients across a broad range of sectors. Jessica specialises in complex, high-value tax disputes, including HMRC enquiries under the High Risk Corporates Programme. She has extensive experience in resolving disputes through both litigation and alternative dispute resolution, and regularly represents clients before the Tax Tribunal and appellate courts. Her practice also includes public law challenges, including Judicial Review proceedings, and disputes involving legal professional privilege. Jessica advises clients on dispute readiness and risk management, including the preparation of defence files and dawn raid training. She has particular experience in transfer pricing and Diverted Profits Tax disputes, as well as debt financing enquiries. Jessica is a CEDR Accredited Mediator.
