Kaidi has over 17 years of experience working in public and private sectors in Paris, Washington DC, Chicago, Shanghai, and Kolkata. Kaidi was an Advisor at OECD’s Centre for Tax Policy and Administration, where she drafted and negotiated Commentaries to the Global Minimum Tax, including the Transitional Country-by-Country Reporting Safe Harbour and transfer pricing elements of the Simplified ETR Safe Harbour. Prior to OECD, Kaidi was a Senior Manager at Deloitte US, where she advised clients in transfer pricing, focusing on IP valuation, business model optimization, APA/MAP, and global documentation.
