Counsel, GloBE Implementation Unit (Pillar II) at POLAND MINISTRY OF FINANCE

Łukasz Cabaj is a Counsel at the Department for Large Business in the National Revenue Administration / Ministry of Finance in Poland. He participates in many GloBE/P2 implementation areas in Poland, with a strong focus on IT. He also takes part in various international working groups concerning GloBE/P2. Łukasz’s experience covers also APAs and transfer pricing, as his unit transitioned from APA and TP to P2. He operates at the intersection of IT and business, striving to create a bridge between business needs and technological solutions.
