Marcin Wesolowski

Head of Transfer Pricing at ARCELORMITTAL

Marcin Wesolowski is the global Head of Transfer Pricing at ArcelorMittal, a steel and mining group. His work focuses on designing defensible TP frameworks for complex cross-border business models and managing audits, APAs, MAPs, and dispute resolution across multiple jurisdictions. Prior to moving in-house, Marcin worked in transfer pricing and tax litigation at PwC, advising multinational groups on international tax disputes and TP policy. He holds a law degree from the University of Leicester, UK and has over a decade of experience in transfer pricing.
