MariCarmen Megino is Head of Transfer Pricing & Tax Transparency at Clariant, where she leads the global transfer pricing strategy, intercompany frameworks, and ESG-aligned tax transparency initiatives across more than 90 legal entities worldwide. With extensive experience in transfer pricing for financial transactions —intercompany loans, cash pooling arrangements, guarantees, and in-house bank structures — as well as debt capital markets activities, global hub restructurings, and digital TP automation, she has driven complex business transformation projects across APAC, Europe, LATAM, and MEA. MariCarmen holds a Master’s degree in Law, and an LL.M. in Corporate Tax Advisory at I.E Business School. She is a member of the Madrid Bar Association (Spain).
