Maryna Bajer

Maryna Bajer is Head of International Tax & Transfer Pricing at LANXESS AG, where she is responsible for the group’s international tax matters across more than 30 countries. She brings over 15 years of experience with a strong focus on transfer pricing, including the design and implementation of global TP policies, financial transactions, and governance frameworks, as well as audit defense and MAP processes. Her work spans complex cross-border structures, including business restructurings and value chain transformations. Prior to joining LANXESS, she held senior leadership roles at Deutsche Bahn AG and Vonovia SE. She is a German Certified Tax Advisor and holds advanced degrees in taxation and management.
