Önder currently serves as an Head of Transfer Pricing at Sanofi, a global biopharmaceutical company chasing the miracles of science. He began his career at a “Big Four firm” before transitioning to the industry with Genzyme, a biotechnology company formerly listed on NASDAQ and acquired by Sanofi in 2011. Following the acquisition, Önder seized a range of opportunities within Sanofi, holding diverse roles across regional and corporate tax, as well as transfer pricing. Throughout his 25 years career, Önder has partnered with corporate, regional, and local management teams across finance, legal, operations, and business functions. His expertise spans international corporate tax, intellectual property and intangible asset planning, business, supply chain, tax and transfer pricing restructurings, post-merger integrations, and managing tax controversies and negotiations with tax authorities.
