Piotr Piontkowski

Head of GloBE Implementation Unit at POLAND MINISTRY OF FINANCE

Piotr Piontkowski is a civil servant serving as Head of the GloBE Implementation Unit in the Department for Large Business at the Polish Ministry of Finance. He is responsible for the overall coordination and implementation of Pillar Two solutions within the National Revenue Administration, including IT development, reporting systems, analytics and big data, organisational readiness, and the audit framework. He also serves as Poland’s representative in a number of OECD and EU working groups focused on GloBE and international taxation. Previously, he worked in the area of transfer pricing, both as an expert and as Head of APA Unit III (intra‑group services focus) at the Polish Ministry of Finance. Piotr is a lawyer (LL.M.), a graduate of the Polish National School of Public Administration, and holds several postgraduate diplomas in finance, public policy, analytics, and management.
