Prasad Pardiwala is a seasoned international tax and TP professional with over 20 years of global experience spanning the UK, US, and India. He currently heads the Tech-enabled Professional Services team at Aibidia, Prior to Aibidia, Prasad was a Director at EY UK and worked at PwC (New York and Mumbai). He specialises in the design and implementation of tax-optimized business and IP structures across jurisdictions; Operational model restructuring; IP planning (migration strategy and valuation) and design of cost sharing arrangements; Operational transfer pricing; Global TP Documentation; Controversy support including audits, MAP and APA negotiations; and has served a diverse range of clients from founder-led start-ups to large multinationals with deep domain exposure in Technology, Media & Entertainment, Telecom, Pharmaceuticals, and Consumer Products. Prasad also has experience with OECD BEPS 2.0, Pillar 1 and 2 impact analysis. He is a speaker at international and regional tax conferences and contributor to a number of TP articles in tax publications.
