Rachael has more than nine years of experience providing UK and international tax advice to multinational groups. She focuses primarily on providing advice on Pillar Two of the OECD two-pillar solution, accounting for income taxes under IFRS and global tax provisioning. Rachael’s experience also includes in-house experience leading on the global tax reporting for a London-based multinational FTSE 250 manufacturing company. Rachael serves public and private companies that have complex global structures. With her experience, she provides consultation to clients on Pillar Two assessments, Pillar Two tax planning and implementation of Pillar Two reporting processes. She also advises on IFRS tax accounting matters and monitors changes in tax law and accounting guidance to determine the implications on businesses.
