Randall also leverages his controversy and competent authority experience to guide clients on strategies to prevent disputes, often working with the broader tax team to ensure defensible arm's length outcomes. His clients primarily include well-known US-based companies in consumer goods, technology, energy, and industrial sectors. Randall's background includes roles at the IRS in Washington DC as an APA Team Leader and Competent Authority Analyst, at the World Bank Group, as well as experience with leading accounting and valuation firms.
