Simone Zucchetti has more that 25 years experience in international tax, transfer pricing and corporate taxation, and has been serving as Equity Partner at the Italian tax and law firm Tremonti Romagnoli Piccardi e Associati since 2018, which he joined in 2006, after his previous experience at a big4 tax firm in Italy.

Simone leads the transfer pricing practice at Tremonti and has advised multinational enterprises and financial institutions in pursuing APAs, BAPAs, MAPAs, as well as in dispute resolutions and MAPs, and accrued experience thoughut procedures having the US, Switzerland and most of the EU jurisdictions as counterparties.

He is also well-respected for his handling of complex cross-border business restructurings, and for his experience in the M&A and capital markets fields, having assisted banks, private equity funds and corporations on the tax side of acquisitions, IPOs, securitizations and bond issues.

He is the author of several publications with the major international tax and financial magazines and a contributor and invited panellist at the OECD.
