Simone Zucchetti is a Partner at Tremonti Romagnoli Piccardi e Associati, which he joined in 2006 after some previous experiences at other international law firms. Simone specializes in international taxation and has gained extensive experience in transfer pricing procedures, dispute resolutions and structuring of cross-border investments. He leads the transfer pricing practice at the Firm and has advised multinational enterprises and financial institutions in pursuing APAs, BAPAs, MAPs and Patent Box regime procedures. In the field of international taxation and transfer pricing he is also well-respected for his handling of complex cross-border business restructurings, which in some cases have involved the initiation of multilateral procedures. He also has experience in the M&A and capital markets field, having assisted banks, private equity funds and corporations on the tax side of acquisitions, IPOs, securitizations and bond issues. He is the author of several publications with the major international tax and financial magazines and a contributor and invited panellist at the OECD on the BEPS Project, as well as participating in public consultations organised by the Italian Tax Authorities on matters pertaining to international taxation.
