Steffie Klein, tax adviser, is a member of the International Tax Services practice in our Amsterdam office. She is a member of the US region team as well as the shipping team and Digital Taxation team. Steffie specializes in Dutch and international corporate tax law. She predominantly advises US multinational clients and clients across the energy, shipping and life sciences sector. Steffie advises domestic and cross-border restructuring and refinancing, joint ventures, and mergers and acquisitions. She specializes in Digital Economy Taxation with a focus on the Pillar Two rules. Furthermore, she specializes in shipping related tax incentives such as the Dutch tonnage tax regime.
