Stephanie is a Director in DLA Piper’s London transfer pricing team. She is an economist and accountant, having previously worked in Big 4 accounting firms.Stephanie has over twelve years’ experience in advising clients across all areas of the transfer pricing lifecycle, with a particular focus on controversy, operating model design and intangible property valuations for cross-border transfer. She has experience in leading the settlement and resolution of Profit Diversion Compliance Facility cases as well as assisting clients with APA and MAP cases. Stephanie also has experience working with private equity companies, advising on operating model transformations and post-merger integrations. Stephanie has published a wide range of articles on transfer pricing. Her clients include companies spanning a wide range of sectors, most notably technology & media, consumer product, oil & gas, mining and renewables.
