Swarnalee Naskar is a senior economist in the Baker McKenzie’s London Tax Department with over 10 years of experience as a transfer pricing advisor. Swarnalee has focused on transfer pricing throughout her career in the UK as well as in Germany. She advises multinational clients in various industries namely automotive, TMT, pharma, energy and has a particular focus on transfer pricing disputes resolution. Her work includes negotiating settlements with HMRC in context of tax audits in diverted profits and general transfer pricing matters as well as supporting clients with Mutual Agreement Procedures (MAP) and Advance Pricing Agreements (APA) negotiations. Also, she advices multinational clients on the design, implementation, and defence of complex cross border restructurings as well as entity and intangible valuations and other transfer pricing compliance related matters.
