Partner; Transfer Pricing at SVALNER ATLAS

Taco finished his Masters in Fiscal Economics at Erasmus University Rotterdam. He started his career at Loyens & Loeff in 2006 and has worked at their offices in Rotterdam and Luxembourg. After working for a Big Four office for a few years, Taco joined the Transfer Pricing team of Svalner Atlas in 2020.

Together with his colleague Patrik Sedlar, Taco co-leads the Transfer Pricing team of Svalner Atlas, managing the firm’s teams in the Benelux and the Nordic region. Companies approach the team and Taco for a wide range of transfer pricing services, including documentation, dispute resolution and the development and optimization of transfer pricing models. With respect to the latter, Taco works closely together with the Indirect Tax and Customs teams within Svalner Atlas. In addition, he specializes in mutual agreement procedures.

Taco regularly publishes on transfer pricing topics and dispute resolution and is the co-author of the Dutch transfer pricing chapter of the IBFD.
