Yvonne Chappel

Yvonne is a Partner in our Corporate and Multinational Tax team in the UK. She has been with Grant Thornton for 20 years, having spent the previous 14 years with EY. Yvonne’s clients include UK listed multi-national enterprises and overseas headquartered groups, where she leads the delivery of multijurisdictional tax compliance and advice across a range of areas, including international expansion, simplification, financing, IP management and governance. Over the past few years Yvonne has been a member of the UK firm’s International Tax leadership and has been heavily involved in the responses to the UK Government consultations on the anti-hybrid mismatch arrangement rules and Pillar 2 implementation. She is also leads on the tax provision audits for some of Grant Thornton UK LLP’s largest audit clients, being a Partner in our specialist Audit of Tax team.
