Svalner Atlas was founded in 2024. Three leading advisory firms in Sweden, Finland and the Netherlands united with the ambition to form a new premier independent advisory group. In 2025, we expanded into Norway and Denmark, extended the services in the Netherlands as well as in Finland, and united under one brand – Svalner Atlas Advisors.

We have about 400 professionals specialised in all tax disciplines, transaction services, ESG, valuation, accounting, fund administration, among other specialities. Our clients range from multinational companies and private equity funds to owner-led businesses and private clients.
