Ainsley serves as the Global Transfer Pricing Controversy Leader at GE HealthCare, a leading global healthcare solutions provider innovating medical technology, pharmaceutical diagnostics and integrated, cloud-first AI-enabled solutions, services and data analytics. Ainsley brings more than 20 years of experience in international tax and transfer pricing, spanning both Big Four advisory and in-house roles across multiple industries. Ainsley is a CPA and began her career in International Tax Consulting with Ernst & Young before transitioning to industry, holding transfer pricing roles at McDonald’s Corporation, BP and Mead Johnson Nutrition (later acquired by Reckitt-Benckiser). In her current role at GE HealthCare, Ainsley is responsible for managing global transfer pricing risk, including documentation, audit defense, and financial risk analysis.
