Ala is currently the Group Head of Transfer Pricing at NXP Semiconductors. Prior to taking on this in-house role, Ala spent over 12 years at a BIG4 firm in Amsterdam advising MNEs on transfer pricing matters ranging from business restructurings, TP planning for both centralized, decentralized or hybrid models, to treasury and financial transactions, as well as TP controversy. As Head of Transfer Pricing at NXP, Ala’s mandate is to increase the effectiveness and strategic focus of transfer pricing management
