Donald is a Managing Director in the International Tax group for the KPMG Washington National Tax practice. His primary focus is assisting multinational clients in the U.S. and abroad with a variety of international trade compliance planning and duty savings opportunities across a range of industries including retail, technology, automotive, medical, and aerospace and defense. Prior to joining KPMG, Donald worked as an attorney to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) in the Office of Associate Chief Counsel, Los Angeles where he served as legal counsel to CBP management in the Los Angeles/Long Beach Seaport and the Los Angeles and Las Vegas McCarran International Airports.
