Josh is a Managing Director in the Tax Controversy and Dispute Resolution Services group for the KPMG Washington National Tax practice based in the Dallas office. He focuses his practice on developing, implementing, and documenting tax-efficient transfer pricing structures for North American, European, and Asian markets. In addition, Josh advises clients on domestic tax controversy matters and international dispute resolution procedures, including Advance Pricing Agreements and Competent Authority cases.
