Prapti Doshi is an accomplished transfer pricing leader with over 15 years of experience, currently serving at Microsoft. Her career includes pivotal roles at Deloitte and KPMG, where she advised companies across the technology, retail, and travel sectors. At Microsoft, Prapti oversees the cost sharing arrangements and leads comprehensive analyses that support intercompany transactions. She brings deep expertise in IP planning, post-acquisition integrations, BEPS compliance, and controversy management. Prapti has successfully negotiated and managed Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs) and audits in key jurisdictions such as India, Israel, Japan, China, and Korea. Her leadership has been instrumental in seamlessly integrating acquired entities into Microsoft’s transfer pricing framework, driving operational excellence and regulatory compliance. Additionally, Prapti managed the legal entity forecasting process for intercompany transactions, collaborating effectively with the tax provision and central finance teams. She is a Chartered Accountant from India and a Certified Public Accountant in the United States.
