Samuel Mendez, PhD, is a transfer pricing economist with nearly two decades of experience. He began his career at Ernst & Young in 2006, advising clients across various industries including, tech, pharmaceuticals, biomedical, biotech, food, and entertainment, among others. Since 2013, he has served at Electronic Arts, where he oversees all aspects of transfer pricing—including planning, operations, compliance, and controversy. His work has encompassed major M&A transactions, global restructuring projects, IP migrations and valuations, as well as negotiating and managing bilateral advance pricing agreements (APAs).
