Seema is a senior manager in KPMG’s Economic and Valuation Services practice in San Francisco office. Since joining KPMG in 2004, Seema assisted clients with transfer pricing documentation, restructuring and controversy. Seema focusses on transfer pricing for financial services institutions (banks, real estate companies, fintech and asset management) and financial transactions (pricing of debt instruments, guarantees, among others).

Seema also has broad transfer pricing experience, having served companies of varying levels of maturity in the technology, pharmaceutical, consumer goods and retail industries.
