I am a Regulatory Change and Transaction Reporting subject matter expert. With 20 years experience working in Financial Services across Capital Markets. This includes several tier one Investment Banks and a multi asset-class vertically integrated Exchange. I have been consulting for the last 10 year and for my consulting clients I have managed / led multiple projects within the Regulatory Change and Regulatory Transaction Reporting field. Most noteworthy, I have implemented both EMIR Level 1 and 2 texts and MiFID II Transaction Reporting. For the last three years I have been leading and managing an EMIR transaction reporting remediation project of 30+ consultants for a tier one Investment Bank. This project has resolved over 700 different issues, resolved over 4 million transaction reports (underreporting, over reporting and misreporting) and improved the client’s transaction reporting for them to reach a notable 1st in the industry Pairing and Matching ratios twice in January and June 2020.
