James Hardie has been a Product Director for LSEG Post Trade’s Regulatory Reporting business (formerly UnaVista) since 2017 and is responsible for the UK and EU EMIR trade repositories. He provides product direction to drive the development of the trade repositories and leads initiatives to incorporate EMIR Refit changes into the repositories’ infrastructure. James started his regulatory career at Commerzbank, where he held a variety of roles involved with reporting, providing expertise in regulations including EMIR, MMSR, MAS and MiFID II.
