Matthew is a co-founder of Novatus Global. He has more than 19 years’ experience in delivering complex regulatory implementations for both global banks and asset managers and is an industry-leading expert on Transaction Reporting. He has pioneered the development of the En:ACT platform in conjunction with major banks, asset managers, and brokers. Matthew was previously the UK Head of Capital Markets Regulatory Change at Deloitte and held senior roles at KPMG. He started his career in fixed income trading and holds a Master’s in Physics.
