Natalie Rapalo is a Director and the Head of Regulatory Compliance for Nasdaq’s European Market Operations. Natalie’s teams support eight exchanges and a clearing house to comply with regulatory requests and European reporting regulations which enable regulators to monitor systemic risks and market abuse.

Natalie has over 15 years’ experience in working in Financial Services, predominately in forensic accounting and investigation in the UK where she worked for large accounting firms and regulators. Natalie has a post graduate degree in both law and accounting from the London School of Economics.
