Carl has spent the last ten years in the regulatory reporting space, managing the implementations of the EMIR, CFTC/Dodd Frank, CSDR, MMSR, MiFIR and SFTR transaction reporting regimes.

With 25+ years of experience in financial markets, Carl has gained a broad experience of how regulatory requirements should be implemented in business processes and value streams as well as in supporting systems and control functions.

Carl works as an independent consultant, and has had the opportunity to work and collaborate with a number of Nordic and European financial institutions and regulatory reporting specialists over the years.

Carl is a sports geek, with a dream at age 14 to become a sports reporter. That dream did not come true, but being a specialist in the regulatory reporting universe is after all not that bad either.
