Alphonse Provinziano is a well-known divorce and family law attorney and the founder of Provinziano & Associates, a premier Beverly Hills law firm focusing on all aspects of family law. With extensive experience in high-stakes, high net-worth family law matters—including complex divorces, cross-border asset division, international custody disputes, Hague Convention cases, pre-nups/post-nips and guardianships—he is widely recognized for his strategic advocacy and in-depth knowledge of nuanced financial issues.

A Certified Family Law Specialist (CFLS) by the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization, Provinziano has represented clients in over 2,000 unique matters and more than 220 trials since 2004. He is a former Deputy District Attorney known for delivering excellent client service and aggressive representation.

Provinziano is also a Fellow International Academy of Family Lawyers (IAFL).

He currently serves as Vice President of the Beverly Hills Bar Association. He is the current Vice-President of the Beverly Hills Bar Association (2024-present), and past Secretary-Treasurer (2022-2024) He is a Board Member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association Family Law Executive Committee (2022–2025), where he is the current Chair of the Mentorship Committee. His past leadership roles include previously serving as Board Member of the California Lawyers Association Family Law Executive Committee (2020–2023), and past Co-Chair and Co-Vice Chair of the Beverly Hills Bar Association Family Law Executive Committee (2018–2020) and Vice Chair Liaison for the Los Angeles Legislative Standing Committee of the CLA since 2018.

Provinziano earned his undergraduate degree with honors from UC Berkeley and his J.D. from UC Law San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings). He is frequently sought as a legal media expert and has been featured by outlets such as Newsweek, NPR, Politico, the Daily Mail, Daily Express (UK), Aska News (Italy), and the Daily Journal, California’s only legal newspaper.
