Anthony specialises in all aspects of non-contentious and semi-contentious private trust and estate matters, with significant experience advising on wealth structuring for high net worth individuals, institutional trustees and family offices together with all related regulatory work and cross-border succession matters, and in particular advising Latin American clients, families and their advisors on the structuring, management and transfer of wealth through Cayman Islands structures. He has expertise in the use of Cayman foundation companies and obtaining grants of probate, letters of administration and resealing foreign grants in the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands.
