Bajul has a broad commercial chancery practice covering trusts and probate disputes, aviation, arbitration, commercial litigation, civil fraud, company and insolvency. He has particular experience of disputes from the BVI, Anguilla, Cayman, Gibraltar, Guernsey, Jersey, and the Isle of Man. Bajul’s trusts and probate practice involves the appointment and removal of executors and trustees; Beddoe and trustee directions applications; beneficiaries’ disputes; claims for breach of trust, constructive trusts, tracing, dishonest assistance and knowing receipt; and probate disputes particularly in relation to foreign estates.
