Carola is partner of the Tax group at Barros & Errázuriz.

She has distinguished experience advising important companies in tax matters at both domestic and international levels. She has specialized in cross-border operations, Mergers and Acquisitions and business reorganizations. she has been a member of the Legal Circle of the Chilean Institute of Rational Business Administration (ICARE) since 2024. This circle is composed of businesspersons and professionals related to national economic activities, aiming to provide relevant information on both national and international environments to management levels. Additionally, since 2018, she has been a member of the Commission of Women Lawyers of the Chilean Bar Association. Furthermore, she represents B&E at the Vance Center Women in the Profession (WIP) Program, advocating for the advancement of women in the legal profession. She also serves as the partner in charge of our relationship with the Tax and network and is a member of the Affinitas Diversity and Gender Equality Committees.

Among its latest recognitions it's the position as Hall of Fame in the international legal guide The Legal 500, as well as its award as the Tax Firm of the Year in The Legal 500 Chile Awards 2023. Carola is ranked as a Notable Practitioner in ITR WORLD TAX 2023 and in Band 2 at Chambers & Partners Global 2024.

Throughout her career, she has actively participated in numerous national and international seminars as a guest speaker and co-chair, such as those of the IBA(International Bar Association), Latin Lawyer, BTG Pactual, among others, leveraging her extensive experience in taxation.
