Eduardo is partner of the Tax Consulting area, specializing in solving complex matters for Mexican clients and foreign companies investing in Mexico. He focuses on supporting private clients in inheritance issues and management of invested capital.

Also, he has experience in restructuring matters for companies and individuals (Mexican and foreign investors in Mexico). He has participated in M&A transactions, infrastructure projects, involved in IPO´s, and advised regarding international operations.

Eduardo joined the Firm in 2002 and became Partner in 2014. He was the leader of the Firm’s New York City office, and he continues to support the Firm’s efforts in related matters.
