As a lawyer in Spain, Florentino Carreño´s professional activities include the correct structuring of wealth and assets for clients and business with an international component, between countries and generations; the application of double-tax treaties and the international exchange of information for tax purposes. He also focuses on developing the financial activities of Spanish and foreign institutions in Spain, including structuring private equity, hedge funds and insurance. From 2006 to 2009 he lived in London where he opened the London Office of Cuatrecasas. Florentino is an officer of the International Academy of State and Trust Law and an elected international fellow of ACTEC having an in-depth understanding of Common Law private client´s asset structures. Florentino is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
