Georgina is a partner in Farrer & Co’s Private Client team. She advises international ultra-high net worth families, trusts and family offices on a range of international legal and tax matters where private capital is organised, restructured or deployed for business, investment or philanthropic purposes. She works with families to design and establish asset holding and governance structures including family businesses and other strategic assets, using trusts, foundations, partnerships and other vehicles as well as advising on running family offices in the UK and overseas.

Georgina leads the firm’s international strategy for Switzerland and has a particular interest in ESG and impact investment, representing Farrer & Co on the Pro Bono legal panel of the Impact Investing Institute.
