Justice Ian Kawaley is a distinguished legal professional with over 40 years of experience in judicial and advisory roles across Bermuda, the Cayman Islands, and the Caribbean. Currently serving as President of the Court of Appeal in Bermuda a he is renowned for his expertise in cross-border insolvency, commercial litigation, and constitutional law. Formerly Chief Justice of Bermuda, Justice Kawaley is also a respected legal scholar and active participant in international legal organisations.
