Pass Registration Due - Monday, July 29th

Complimentary Passes

The primary contact from each company will receive a unique activation link and details of how to create an account on our registration portal, Visit Connect, to register your complimentary passes for the in-person event. All in-person passes will receive logins for the event platform, ConnectMe.

You are entitled to a certain number of complimentary registration passes per your agreement. If you are unsure of how many passes you have used, or what is included within your package, please contact Kristin Wittreich -Kristin Wittreich

Instructions on how to register your complimentary passes will be communicated via email from the Visit Connect platform. If you have any changes to registered passes after submitting, or have questions in how to register your passes, please contact Kristin Wittreich.

Speakers will automatically be registered and do not count towards your complimentary pass allotment. If you have not yet submitted your speaker details, please send to Meghan Gemmell as soon as possible. Speakers will be contacted directly with further information about their participation.

Booth Setup & Breakdown

Booth Setup: Monday, August 12th, 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Booth setup will begin at 4:00 PM on Monday, August 12th in Salon I, and close at 6:00 PM. The hall will reopen at 7:45 AM the following morning for attendees.

Each exhibit will be 8’ inline booth space for a tabletop exhibit. Included in the booth space is a 6’ table, and 2 chairs.

A backwall popup display under 8x8 is allowed, or other self-provided graphics like pull-up banners – though all must be placed behind the booth and not on the sides of the table. With the hotel’s limited storage space, all spare boxes/cases must be stored under or behind the table.

Exhibitor Breakdown: Following lunch on Day 3 - Thursday, August 15th, at 1:30 PM. Close of conference is at 3:00 PM.

Exhibitor Shipping & Handling


LEAD RETRIEVAL

Lead retrieval at Transparency, Aggregate Spend & HCP Engagement 2024, Face to Face event, is a part of your package at no extra charge.

The main contact for the booth will receive a link is to create questions for lead retrieval and access the leads your team collected after the event. Only the main contact will have access to it. After the event you will be able to download the leads into an excel sheet and email them to your team.

Your team will automatically have access to scan badges on site at the event through the ConnectMe app. An email will be going out to all registered attendees for the event with how to log into the ConnectMe app. Once they log in they will see the option to click on lead retrieval where they will be able to scan badges.

How to Update Your Sponsor Resource Page

Once you have gathered your Sponsor Resource Page Assets, you will be able to build your company profile within ConnectMe.

1. Login - If you're the primary contact for the event, you can login with your email address to edit your booth. The first time you login, you will need to update your profile first.

  • Event Portal Login Link: https://lifesciences.connectmeinforma.com/
  • User Name: your email address
  • Passwordless entry - follow the instructions on the page. If you are not receiving the 4-digit pin, contact Justine Comeau.

2. Click the Sponsor Resource Page Tab - find your company name and click 'Showcase'

3. Click Edit Stand - in the top right corner of your showcase page

4. Change/Update Content - you can add/remove any content in your hub. Click 'Update Showcase Demo' to publish your changes.

Better Stands is an Informa wide program aiming to ensure that all core elements of Space only exhibitor stands are reusable. Help us to reduce the environmental impact of Transparency, Aggregate Spend & HCP Engagement 2024 by committing to the Better Stands program framework and show that your company values being part of sustainable and socially responsible events.

What do I need to do?

To make your commitment to Better Stands and contribute to a more sustainable event:

  1. Familiarize yourself with the Better Stands framework
  2. Share the guidelines with your contractor before they begin designing your stand
  3. Ensure your stand reaches at least a bronze level, meaning the stand structure and walls, platform or raised flooring, furniture, equipment and lighting are all reused – Please demonstrate this in your risk assessment and method statement see above
  4. Ensure that the submitted stand design clearly communicates how you will meet the Better Stands guideline
