Hina Mian has over 15 years of global experience in Transparency and Financial Reporting within the Pharma & Insurance Industry. Her area of expertise is strategic/financial/operational compliance, risk management, transparency reporting, accounting/financial reporting and controls.

In her current role, Director of Business Operations and Transparency Reporting at Mitsubishi Tanabe Pharma America, Inc, Hina is responsible for managing the Operations of HCP Engagement, External Funding and Transparency reporting for America.

Prior to joining MTPA, Hina was Director, HCP Transparency Reporting for the Americas at Pfizer where she led a global Center of Excellence team and was responsible for HCP, HCO, and Patient Organization disclosure in the Americas Region (US, Canada and LATAM). Prior to this, Hina was with AstraZeneca for approximately 9 years. She began her AZ journey for a couple years in Financial Reporting. This was followed with her role as a Transparency Reporting Leader for 7 years where her team was responsible for overseeing the execution of 30+ transparency disclosures across US, EFPIA and Emerging Markets.
