Katie leads Compliance Monitoring for GSK in North America. Since joining the team in 2017, Katie facilitated the transition from prescribed CIA monitoring to a flexible business partnering function aligned to key business risks.

Katie began her career in public accounting with Arthur Andersen in San Jose, CA and prior to GSK, spent over 6 years with the Advisory team at Ernst & Young in Raleigh conducting internal audits in multiple industries. Katie is a Certified Public Accountant in North Carolina and California.

Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, keeping up with their schedules, and serving as a Board member for SAFEchild, to help children and families exposed to abuse.
