Long is currently the US transparency reporting manager at Abbott and has been part of the company since 2018. He specializes in implementation of all things data-related, seeking to continually refine and improve transparency reporting objectives. Beyond his current role, Long has also worked in operations support for Ethics & Compliance, and has prior experience with engagement survey development and implementation. He graduated from Roosevelt University with a specialty in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and resides in Chicago with his fiancé and their dog Bailey.
