Matt Zebley brings over 10 years of pharmaceutical experience to his role at Incyte Corporation as Senior Manager, Compliance and Transparency.

In his current role, he oversees U.S. transparency and aggregate spend reporting, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws and regulations. As a business partner, he provides training and resources to all functions as it relates to HCP interactions and transparency spend reporting. Additionally, he has been the compliance subject matter expert for many company wide system implementations, including Concur, SAP, and other department initiatives. Furthermore, he manages various projects and workstreams across Incyte’s Compliance Program, including assessments, trainings, and system enhancements.

Prior to joining the Compliance team, he worked in the Development Operations group as a contract and budget specialist. In that role, he was responsible for managing 3^rd party vendors who supported R&D trials, and implemented Incyte’s first study start-up process, which lead to the creation of the Study Start-Up department. When he is not busy being “Mr. Sunshine,” he enjoys woodworking, the great outdoors, and coaching his 3 children in soccer and baseball.
