Jason DiPietro is Associate Director, Compliance Innovation & Analytics at Lundbeck, where he helps shape the future of healthcare compliance through analytics, artificial intelligence governance, and technology-enabled risk management. He leads strategic initiatives that leverage data-driven insights to strengthen compliance programs, advance transparency reporting, and support the responsible adoption of emerging technologies across the organization. As a trusted business partner to analytics, digital, and customer experience teams, Jason works to integrate compliance into innovation, ensuring business objectives are achieved ethically and in accordance with evolving regulatory expectations. He also oversees U.S. transparency reporting governance and leads technology-enabled monitoring initiatives that enhance risk identification and program effectiveness. Prior to joining the Compliance organization, Jason served as an Internal Auditor in Accounting Compliance, where he managed the company's Travel and Expense Policy and administered the Concur platform for the U.S. and Canada.
