Joan Marie Collins is the Global Transparency Process Lead within the Global Transparency Governance Team at Sanofi, bringing more than 25 years of global pharmaceutical experience across Transparency, Quality Assurance, and Clinical and Laboratory Research.

For the past eight years, she has served in multiple roles within Sanofi’s transparency organization, providing training on transparency reporting requirements and partnering with Global R&D teams to ensure compliance with U.S., French, and European Union transparency, and cross‑border payment obligations. Over the last five years, her work has centered on process innovation, collaborating with internal business units worldwide to establish and streamline processes that support adherence to global transparency reporting requirements.

Joan holds a B.S. in Animal Science from Rutgers University, an M.S. in Biology from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and an Executive MBA from Rutgers University. Through her commitment to compliance excellence and cross‑functional collaboration, she helps strengthen trust, integrity, and accountability across the Sanofi organization.
